Customized Nutritional Plans
My customized nutritional plans are available in 8 week increments. This includes an individualized meal plan that is tailored to your daily maintenance calories and the macronutrients to reach your desired goals. After the deliverance of your plan you will have unlimited email inquiries via email for the entire 8 weeks. Also included are modifications of macronutrients due to metabolism adaptation or weight loss, and one initial readjustment of food(s) to meal plan. You will receive 4 detailed weeks of 6 meals and snacks in accordance to your individual macronutrients. After the fourth week, the meal plans will be recycled to complete weeks #5 - #8. If needed, these weeks will be readjusted by the removal or addition of food items and recalculation of your macronutrients.

Personal Coaching
Personal coaching sessions are customized to help you achieve your health, fitness, and athletic goals. Finish Strong Fitness is here to help you lose or gain weight, improve strength, build muscle, help improve your cardiovascular health, or to learn basic exercises/lifting movements. I also train student-athletes in strength and conditioning and preparation for their upcoming sport season. Training sessions are conducted in a fully equipped semi-private facility. No membership is needed. Depending on the clients goals, some sessions may take place at a local park or school.
*Cost: $45 per session/ up to 1 hour
Package deals are available at a lower rate per session.
Online Coaching
Schedules and location can create difficulties in meeting in person to receive coaching. That’s why I provide my clients with an option of receiving fitness coaching via Skype. All online coaching sessions are scheduled appointments with a 30 minute window. This time is open to review, plan, guide, and discuss the client’s fitness and nutritional journey. ***Cost: $30 per session/30 minutes
Fit Camp
Finish Strong Fitness boot camp is a challenging, but fun group workout that incorporates strength training, high intensity cardio activities, and core exercises. I start with a dynamic warm-up and progress into more challenging movements. Most boot camps will close with a team building relay activity and a cool-down of core exercises. I understand that fitness is not a “one size fit all”, so we welcome all fitness levels. If necessary, modifications are made to ensure clients benefit from all activities and to promote success. Be prepared to train indoors or outdoors.
Cost: $10 per session/1 hour
Exercise/Lifting Plan
Fitness is not a one size fits all. Everyone's health and fitness goals differ from age, gender, health, sport, competition, or aesthetic desire. Finish Strong Fitness will customize an exercise or lifting plan according to your individual goal(s) that will successfully get you to where you want/need to be.
Cost: $40 per plan
*Price may increase if client’s training preference is at their residence.
**Clients must have an account with Skype. If nutritional coaching will be involved, clients must have an account with My Fitness Pal. All sessions must adhere to 30 minute time slot. Any additional time will be charged $1 per minute.
***Before each session, client will be required to report current weight, bi-weekly measurements, weekly progress photos, and completed workout results. Other requirements may apply depending on the clients goals.
